I have some updates for you since your list is 6 years old.

1. If you criminally misuse a gun you go to jail (your guns stays outside).

2. People who are a threat to themselves or others may be detained in a mental health facility (their guns stay outside).

As Thomas Jefferson, that 18th century liberal Democratic Republican said "no free man (or woman, et al.) shall ever be debarred the use of arms.

3. Until age 18, your parents manage your gun rights for you.

4. You are responsible for every shot you fire (except in San Francisco if you are a 5 time deported illegal alien).

5. 42 USC Sect. 1983 enacted on April 20, 1871 as part of the Civil Rights Act of 1871, and is also known as the "Ku Klux Klan Act" Black (and white) citizens may sue persons who use the law to deny your civil rights (like New Jersey, New York, California...). Democrats taking gun rights away from poor blacks is nothing new.

I hope this helps the cause.
